Every set is an original deck design, handcrafted by Ken Marvel using premium selected wood and select reclaimed varieties when available. Built to last and matching competition spec's, all cornhole sets are crafted using 3/4 inch plywood deck core, with custom wood surfboard skin wrapped in a solid wood frame. deck is fiber glassed and finished with multiple coats of marine-grade varnish.
